From the beginning of my legal career, I have been guided by a simple goal: to build a path that makes a real difference in people’s everyday lives. That purpose ultimately led me to family law, where the work is deeply personal and the outcomes shape families’ futures. I am grateful every day for the opportunity to pursue this calling as part of the Law Offices of Stephanie L. Mahdavi, a firm whose commitment to integrity, compassion, and client-centered advocacy reflects the values I strive to uphold in my own practice.
I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Legal Studies from the University of San Francisco in 2018. After graduating, I built a professional foundation in fast-paced, high-pressure environments—first practicing as an attorney in the entertainment industry and later serving as the Director of Operations for a fashion company in downtown Los Angeles. These experiences strengthened the skills I now bring to family law: strategic problem-solving, confident negotiation, attention to financial and operational detail, and the ability to manage complex interpersonal dynamics while remaining calm, grounded, and solutions-focused.
I received my Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in May 2022 through the accelerated and rigorous SCALE program. During law school, I was honored with the Wildman/Schumacher Scholarship for Academic Excellence, and I earned top marks in Legal Analysis and Writing Skills, reflecting my commitment to precision, strong advocacy, and clear legal storytelling. I was admitted to the California Bar in November 2022. In addition, I have held a California Real Estate Salesperson License since 2018, which enhances my fluency in property and financial issues that often arise in family law matters. I am also a proud member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
My approach to family law is centered on the belief that clients deserve both skilled representation and genuine human support. I strive to be steady and responsive in moments that feel overwhelming, to explain options clearly without judgment, and to guide clients with empathy while keeping an unwavering focus on practical results. My goal is for every client to feel heard, protected, and empowered—knowing they have an advocate who takes their story seriously and stands beside them through each step forward.
I am truly thankful to serve clients at a firm that prioritizes compassion and excellence, and I am committed to honoring that trust by delivering thoughtful, dedicated, and heartfelt advocacy to every individual and family who walks through our doors.
Outside of work, I value community, personal growth, and staying grounded in the relationships that matter most. I bring warmth, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility to my practice, and I am dedicated to helping clients move through uncertainty toward stability, confidence, and a better future for themselves and their families.
